Position Summary:

A Team Lead for JSM s Warehouse Department meets production output goals, and contributes towards a healthy, safe, and positive team

Essential Functions:

• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff
  
• Collaborate with managers and associates to solve work-related problems
  
• Review work throughout the work process and ensure proper completion
  
• Transmit and explain work orders to associates
  
• Inform designated associates or departments of items or problems encountered
  
• Perform the same work duties and/or assist associates
  
• Assist department supervisor with administrative tasks
  
• Offer feedback and suggestions for associate s performance appraisals
  
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  
• Comply with company policies and procedures and promote company values and culture

Requirements

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or

One or more years experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience on a safety team or related training a
