Practical experience in a similar position in the steel business is MUST
RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Management/Documentation
Coordination with Head Office
Process imports as well as export orders and the respective shipping processes with prioritization of different shipments
Ensuring an appropriate order flow with compliance to organizational policies
Management of communication with customers as well as suppliers
Monitoring and evaluation of all orders sales and aftersales processes
Preparation of order reports
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree
Fluency in English is a must
Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory
High customer service orientation
Good analytical skills and problemsolving approach
Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
Driving license is a plus
Salary AED Standard benefits as per UAE law
