Graphic Designer - Digital Agency

Our client a Digital Agency is looking for a Graphic Designer who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers click You will cooperate with a designsavvy team for static/ video/ animations to devise and execute overall concepts for the agency The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• years of agency or design studio experience is mandatory preferably with clients in Middle Eastern countries
• Clientfacing experience with Arabic first clients is a plus
• An understanding of creative design and layout
• The ability to build creative and unique ideas
• The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients
• The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations
• Should be comfortable working in an aggressive fastpaced and young startup culture & flexible to work outside office hours willing to work to tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising on work quality
• An awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms
• A track record of inventive and compelling design work
• Handson experience with logo design content production typography color web layout design print production image selection and package design
• Proficient use of InDesign Photoshop Illustrator other visual design and wireframing tools
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Is highly organized and adept at managing multiple client accounts/ timelines every day
• Is addicted to creating likable social content on a daily basis/ connects with social community members as a natural Shares a passion for creating engaging and entertaining brand campaigns/ Looking to outdo herself/ himself on a daily basis
• Has worked on monthly/ weekly social media or content plans along with brand team and content creators Firsthand knowledge of all the current social platforms & social content formats
• Working Knowledge Adobe Suite Aftereffects Photoshop Illustrator In design

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute Designs for key agency clients directly
• Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the program teams
• Generating original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive
• Understand marketing initiatives strategic positioning and target audience
• Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
• Present completed ideas to clients/team members
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
