Our center is seeking a friendly, highly organized, and self-motivated Receptionist to add to our Administrative Team. This individual must:
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pay close attention to detail
- Be open to direction and constructive criticism
The Receptionist's responsibilities include:
- Welcome and greet parents and students
- Answer incoming calls and take detailed messages
- Make outgoing calls
- Maintain organization and filing system of the front desk
- Assist with the enrollment process for new students
- Maintain children's files
- Sending and receiving faxes
- General data entry
- Being bilingual is a plus!
