Job Description:
Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to let the company be their light and soundsupplier for events, occasions, weddings, concerts etc..
As a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele and mustkeep a close eye on client's feedback to ensure that the company's productsand services always exceed expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintainclient relationships and meetings through CRM's and excel spreadsheets
- Search for clients, leads andSet up meetings and Contract details with clients.
- Make calls and visit potential clients, by visiting events and offices etc..
- Looking for leads and turning them into potential clients through social media platforms, locations and CRM.
- Meeting monthly sales quota's
- Brainstorming and developing the business through business strategies, ideas.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have experience in the same field (Sound and Lighting Event Management Companies and Sales experience).
- Extensive sales experience.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Emboldened by challenges.
- CRM & Microsoft Office Knowledge
Salary: 10,000 basic AED Monthly + 10% Commission.
