الوصف الوظيفي
- Providing supervision and training to all new staff,
- Planing the activity schedules,
- Setting goals for improving the business,
- Screening and coaching trainers,
- Improving the marketing strategy and ways to increase revenue,
- Building loyalty between guests and the Wellness - Sports Club,
- Providing group classes if its required
- Encouraging feedback for improvement,
- Leading team meetings and trainings,
- Embodying the Rixos Hotels brand and
Requirements
- Experience in management or a leadership role,
- Obtain necessary certifications required for the position,
- Strong organization, time management and communication skills,
- Upper-intermediate level of English language
- Ability to work well with others, as an individual and as part of a
- Background in sports, recreation and/or related
- Computer, mailing and MS knowledge,
