الوصف الوظيفي
- Working with various disciplines and be able to effectively communicate the design to achieve the end result.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide leadership and support on numerous projects across the Middle East region.
- Maintain relationships within the industry.
- Research project briefs, materials and construction products.
- Keep up to date with industry trends.
- Oversea the production of detailed and design drawings using CAD software packages including 2D and BIM technology
Requirements
- Bachelors in Interior Design, Fine Arts or Architecture.
- Minimum of 15 years experience.
- Experience leading interior design teams of 15+
- Experience in the Middle East market is advantageous but not essential.
- Must be able to demonstrate unique and innovative designs, pushing the envelope.
- Background in reviewing and providing effective comments on project documentation and contracts.
- Experience in assisting in winning work including developing bids, proposals, conducting meetings and presenting to new and existing clients.
- Experience in contributing towards the development of the business by delivering project information, reports and drawings in line with international best practices
