Serve as the primary point of contact for hotels in revenue management program
Maintaining the hotel s Revenue Management knowledge base
Assisting the hotel s Revenue Management Team to maximize revenues by monitoring transient and group production, ensuring that an optimal guest mix is maintained
Assisting in the evaluation of group booking requests to ensure that the hotel is not displacing higher yielding revenue
Assisting in the critical analysis of the impact of the revenue management strategies implemented by the hotel.
Implementing changes/recommendations with assistance from the Hotel s Revenue Team
Assisting in the monitoring/management of e-yield (RMS)
Assisting in the auditing of hotel s position in the GDS and other distribution channels, ensuring that the hotel s position is consistent with its Selling Strategies, includes conducting rate and availability audits
Assisting in the analysis of events/trends that may impact the Hotel s revenues
Conducting research that assesses the revenue management practices of the hotel s primary competitors to ensure that opportunities to enhance the region s revenues are not overlooked
Ability to analyze financial statements and market data in detail
Provides reports and feedback to the General Manager, property leadership teams and market sales leaders.
Excellent analytical and communication skills combined with creativity and innovation.
Expert RM Skills with a focus on ADR maximization, GOP optimization through total revenue focus.
Excel advanced user.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager in a 4 5 stars property
