Your responsibilities as the global mobility manager will include:
- Having an ability to develop and expand operational practices based on your assessment of the latest opportunities and income sources
- Being responsible for the client’s contracts and making sure the company is adhering to policies
- Liaising with senior management on various assignment correspondences; including HR policy issues and immigration
- Preparing and carrying out client reviews, both at regional or global mobility management level depending on the requirements
- Managing and maintaining all data, ensuring that this is safe and passed on to the clients
- Meeting SLA (service level management) standards and achieving superior customer service
