Revenue Growth Manager

Responsibilities:

• Works on regional (SAPMENA) project to drive the RGM agenda
• Drives and animates RGM deployment and embedment in the zone & countries
• Conducts RGM analyses in coordination with countries, with the marketing and brand team, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI
• Combines internal & external, financial and non-financial data, and build regional solutions
• Drives the implementation of the current RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and Gross Profit (Minimum net price, Distributor P&L, RGM wizard, E-RGM)
• Builds upscale team on RGM priorities to grow business and understand overall RGM methodology
• Reinforces RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts, and senior management
• Contribute to RGM capabilities building (e.g., share best practices) Strong Commercial profile:
• Who is a multifunctional team player and is able to influence key stakeholders across multiple countries,
• With an experience (preferably directly in the business itself) to lead and drive transformation and change management processes for the MENA countries,
