Provide all HR functions to the company (Employee Relations, Comp and Ben, Recruitment, Disciplinary, Development)
• Have extensive involvement with MOL
• Provide HR Investigations in case of Ethic Case /situation related to HR Domains
• Participate in HR projects
• Ensure the recruitment activity for the UAE
REQUIREMENTS:
• HR experiences, ideally as a HR business partner of HR country manager
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Able to deal with complexity
• Ability to maintain strong level of confidentiality.
• Comfortable in Compensation & Benefits.
• Knowledge of labor law, legal matters.
