Planning Engineer

•Site project experience on high rise commercial or residential building projects.
•Reviewing and approving contractor’s work program submissions.
•Overseeing actual project progress versus the planned work milestones.
•Monitoring, adjusting and updating the cost plan and cash flows accordingly and the consolidation of these results in weekly reports.
•Reviewing in conjunction with the Project Manager or Construction Manager any potential changes, and in turn measuring where possible future saving or additional costs can be identified.
•Site based knowledge of the full project life cycle, with at least one example of working on a project from beginning to completion.
Qualifications -
•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience working for both a leading Contractor and a Consultancy.
•Prior experience in the Gulf Region is essential.
