Purpose of role
1. Spare parts management.
2. Spare parts regional positioning, pricing, planning, and strategy formulation.
3. Spare parts inventory health management, including regional warehouse inventory structure analysis and inventory-to-sales ratio management, and give guidance on dealer inventory health.
4. Optimize the warehousing business process and formulate a management system for third-party warehousing and logistics providers.
5. Control the order rhythm, according to the market inventory and spare parts sales data, combined with the requirements of the warehouse-to-sales ratio, make reasonable orders to the Chinese general warehouse.
6. Business docking and management of warehousing and logistics suppliers, and periodic completion of cost settlement and operation analysis.
Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role
1. Responsible for the management of PDC library, including PDC operation process management, inventory structure management, whole-chain price benchmarking management, operating expense management, missing parts tracking, market satisfaction rate, operation evaluation, etc.
2. Responsible for evaluating and feeding back reservation orders based on the dealers monthly spare parts sales information.
3. Responsible for regularly conducting benchmarking research on the prices of competing spare parts in the region and making suggestions for adjustment of the prices of spare parts out of the warehouse.
4. Responsible for building a dealer spare parts health management mechanism, guiding and improving the rationality of dealer orders.
5. Responsible for assisting PDC warehouses and service providers to forecast and purchase spare parts for discontinued models.
6. Responsible for the guarantee work of the evaluation service centre to the PDC warehouse and the spare parts warehouse of each dealer.
7. Responsible for formulating management regulations for regional spare parts sales outlets in combination with the companys spare parts management policy.
8. Assist in the development and sales of localized high-quality spare parts.
9. Assist in planning the periodic improvement plan and long-term goals of spare parts operation in the region.
10. Responsible for compiling a tracking list of spare parts business management matters and recent major work progress, and reporting to the regional service director and general manager.
11. Responsible for rationally configuring the team, building a perfect talent echelon and team cooperation mechanism.
12. Temporary work arranged by other leaders.
Bachelor's degree - automotive or logistics related major. Familiar with basic technical knowledge of the automotive industry. After-sales spare parts management 5 years or above working experience. Strong multi-department and multi-party communication skills. Integrate internal and external team resources and team leadership capabilities. OTHERS Fluent English communication skills. Proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT and other daily office software to prepare work reports. Can accept long-term business trips, and can travel freely internationally.
