Trading
• Manage and develop the Affiliate Marketing channel to support and achieve each brand’s eCommerce Business Plan and the Business Plan for total eCommerce.
• Plan and manage the Affiliate Marketing budget, as part of the total eCommerce marketing spend and in close conjunction with the Acquisition Senior Manager, to meet marketing channel targets, eCommerce ROI targets and deliver the P&L.
Campaigning
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across eCommerce Affiliate Marketing networks and affiliates as per each brand campaign plan and working with Senior Performance Managers and brand partners, to best reach, engage and convert customers and deliver the P&L.
• Continuously review and optimise all aspects of campaign performance to improve channel KPIs including but not limited to CPC, CPS, CPO, CPA and ROI.
• Work with the design team, content teams, brand team, other internal stakeholders, and external partners, to create engaging advertising copy and content to improve the customer experience and media performance via CTR and other marketing metrics.
• Lead on quality control and performance across all Affiliate Marketing activity, including but not limited to the review of affiliate profiles, the recruitment of affiliates, and the pre-launch review of campaigns and content.
• Carry out regular post campaign reviews with internal and external partners to understand the key drivers of performance and to identify areas for improvement.
