Infection Control Nurse

Our client, a premier medical facility, is currently looking for an Infection Control Nurse, with sound know regarding KPI, DOH audit, JCI audit, to be based in Abu Dhabi.

• Implementing best practices for halting the spread of viruses and bacteria and delivers top care to patients who have contracted infectious diseases
• Overseeing all infection control and prevention related activities within the organization
• Coordinating infection control activities including surveillance, proactive approaches to reduce infection risks.
• Ensuring all cases of communicable diseases are reported to the appropriate authorities and maintain records.
• Strive to maintain current knowledge, advising the committee, the organization of new and emerging infection control practices
• Provides consultation and education to all staff of the hospital in respect to Infection Prevention & Control
• Review and develop Infection Prevention and Control policy and procedure as required

Requirements

To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years recent experience as Infection Control Nurse
• Experience leading JCI, JAWDA, TASNEEF and DOH audits from infection control point of view.
• Bachelors degree holder in Nursing
• Proof of valid registration from the home country or an international recognized body is required.
• Valid DoH/DHA License or eligibility for DoH licensing required.
• Post Grad Diploma in Infection control (advantageous)
• BLS certificate is mandatory, PALS and ACLS (desirable)

To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements: Minimum of two (2) years recent experience as Infection Control Nurse Experience leading JCI, JAWDA, TASNEEF and DOH audits from infection control point of view. Bachelor's degree holder in Nursing Proof of valid registration from the home country or an international recognized body is required. Valid DoH/DHA License or eligibility for DoH licensing required. Post Grad Diploma in Infection control (advantageous) BLS certificate is mandatory, PALS and ACLS (desirable)
