Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the conceiving key projects, propositions, strategic & tactical initiatives, operations, analytics that will aid the role.
• Responsible to establish analytics/ machine learning based algorithms to improve delivery experience & optimization
• Responsible for the Etisalat Consumer’s online marketplace (Food Delivery & Grocery delivery) fulfilment via daily logistics management – including daily operations management of logistics/ fleet including balancing of multiple KPIs including supply & demand.
• Drive efficiency of delivery champions via optimization & machine learning algorithms to improve productivity as well as customer satisfaction
• Establish Logistics for Smiles and scale-up: Responsible for developing, scaling up and maintaining a fleet for the Smiles Online Marketplace via reliable third parties –including identification, negotiation, contractual engagement, operationalization, establishing systems and processes for daily operations & tracking, improving productivity via optimization & machine learning algorithm
• Responsible for training & development for operational consistency as well as health & safety of the delivery champions.
• Responsible to achieve high customer satisfaction as well as low cost to serve via logistics driven initiatives
• Responsible for managing Delivery Champion KPIs: Ensuring the delivery champion health, safety & well being via training & development initiatives, driving their potential to earn more with minimal fatigue with optimization drive, driving team management with a sense of belonging and recognition initiatives
• Also responsible for monetization of the fleet via on-demand logistics services, and enabling synergies across the organization for the fleet
