• Creating strategies in implementing Trade Routes
• Respond to and follow up on escalations, approached partnership enquiries using the appropriate methods and professionalism.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Attend and where required, present at external customer meetings either individually or alongside other company colleagues with the aim of aiding partnership development
• Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using the appropriate methods to facilitate the development of a profitable business and sustainable relationships
• Design and execute strategic approach focusing on developing and managing different Hubs and Partnerships, gateways and Participants in different regions in line with the regionals leads
• Creating strategies for nearby gateways and participants/ Associates
