Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role such as Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management, in a Car Showroom environment as a CRM Coordinator / Receptionist for an automotive brand.
This is a customer-facing role, and a warm, friendly personality is essential.
Main Duties:
- Welcoming customers to the showroom.
- Answering customer telephone enquiries.
- Inputting customer information on to CRM database.
- Follow-up calls of customer enquiries.
- Directing incoming calls to relevant department (Sales / Aftersales).

- Arabic speaker essential.
- Automotive/ premium /luxury brand work experience.
- Good telephone handling skills.
- CRM database work experience.
- Friendly and engaging personality.
- Able to handle stress and long working hours.
- Professional and presentable in appearance.
