Responsibilities:
• Shares the CRM tools with the team (collection launch, occasional etc) and informs about the relevant guidelines.
• Assists in tracking the individual performance with each Fashion Advisor and shares results and available tools for achieving successful results.
• Tracks diligently the CRM budget lines of the boutique (gifts, client treatments etc)
• Supports the team in organizing personalized client treatments and one to one appointments (catering, flowers etc)
• Represents and embodies the House ambition of being the Ultimate House of Luxury.
• Suggests pro-actively ideas to the Marketing Manager on ways to improve the service level and client loyalty
• Regularly reports to Marketing Manager on the results of his/her area of responsibility
• Assists in goal setting for the boutique by sharing relevant data and feedbacks to Marketing Manager
• Assists in setting up and monitoring client analysis on a regular basis.
• Makes a quantitative and qualitative follow-up of the feedback of client events
• Ensures the quality of the client database (capture, cleansing, extracting data).
• Follows up on the relevant clientelling tools such as MLBB, InChanel with Managers and Fashion advisors.
