Planner

Responsibilities:
• Determine and agree on strategic plan targets with the key departments in core areas such as sales, sales margin, stock turn, promotional events, price inflation in order to take corrective measures for upcoming seasons.
• Monitor orders and ensure the merchandise is delivered on a timely basis, and in line with the service level agreements in order to ensure compliance with buying plans.
• Prepare and propose seasonal budgets derived and validated on MPF at concept or territory level in order to match the financial targets set for sales, opening or closing stocks, inflows, forward covers and sales margins etc.
• Prepare post seasonal analysis of past performance at concept /territory levels in order to ensure analyze the product performance.
• Forecast sales based on current trends in order to control OTB.
• Prepare and monitor OTB in order to ensure that orders are placed timeously and according to assortment plans.
• Manage in season measures in order to a) reduce stock levels on slow moving styles b) improve stock levels on fast moving styles.
