Area Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:
• Create an environment conducive to development and learning
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the required display principles in all stores responsible for at all times
• Ensure daily and weekly visual notes are communicated to all store visual employees in order to ensure their highest degree of commitment and motivation for exceptional standards so as to positively impact on the level of customer service
• Develop, implement and present required visual training material
• Commit to the highest standards of service through the creation of a customer friendly shopping environment
• Uphold company policies and procedures
• Ensure training , implementation and maintenance of the required merchandising principles to all store staff and store VM including store management
• Develop and implement communication tools for stores through consultation with the concept VM manager, buying and marketing departments for added sales
