• Work closely with IT and RFID partners and provide feedbacks time to time.
• Communicate all territories SPOC about Downtime, Maintenance from IT and service provider.
• Review opportunities for unavailable products and ensure availability improved
• Support & resolve source tagging issues /concerns
• Manage user / role creation/changes for RFID roles, RSM & RSO
• Setup & onboard new stores and make stores ready for RFID activities in RMS/SIM/HALO
• Publish weekly summary reports to leadership team with key highlights
• Maintain Inventory accuracy wherever necessary for appropriate replenishments
• Monitor store compliance for weekly CC & RC activities and Merge & Confirm by 10AM
• Work closely with Terr Merchandising team/ Buying /Planning on product list
• Ensure inventory accuracy is improved and maintained over and above 95%.
• Work with buying admin for enabling RFID for new SKUs
• Monitor & Manage user level training for store team on OSA solution – Training session for SPOCs.
• Act as SPOC for stores for all RFID related tasks/ actions/ issues
• Monitor and work to maintain availability @96%
• User setup for Associates/ In-charges/Store brand manager on the Sahla App.
• Ensure OSA audit schedule is followed every Wednesday each store in the business.
• Publish audit results report every Wed with key highlights and improvement plan
