Project Manager Business Development

Responsibilities
• Managing all leasing activities such as attracting new leads, vetting prospective tenants, and leasing negotiations
• Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with tenants/prospect tenants
• Determining the needs, experiences, and economic viability of prospect tenants
• Creating weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
• Analysing and developing financial models as needed
• Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
