Responsibility:
• Package/ Procurement Engineering for Rotating Equipment
• Specify equipment data sheets and specifications, RFQ, ITP, TBE, vendor data review, follow up equipment manufacturing, attending factory acceptance tests
• Receive vendor data and incorporate in the design
• Mechanical design and calculations, equipment supports, material handling studies, installation and maintenance methodologies, Installation drawings, installation philosophy
• Receive vendor data and incorporate in the design
• Equipment rigging method statements
• Tolerance specification for structural integration of the rotating equipment
• Technical review of quotations and liaison with OEM's, Vendors
• Attending FAT, SAT, and assistance for installation and commissioning
• Prepare engineering deliverables / man-hour estimate / schedule for projects
• Control and monitor man-hour consumption versus project achieved progress
• Participate in design reviews and take necessary follow up actions
