As a successful and preferred recruitment partner, we have been instructed by one of the most prestigious and well-known organisations in the world to assist in the hire of a Contract ServiceNow Administrator.

With our client's global HQ in the vibrant and extravagant multicultural city of Dubai, we are looking for well-established individuals to join them on a long-term rolling contract basis (12+ Months).

Skills / Environment (not all essential)
Development / Support experience following Agile methodologies on ServiceNow platform; primarily on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM and Knowledge Management modules.
SAFe (Advantageous)
System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP/IP ports and Firewalls, Network Protocols, and IP networks
Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, ATF, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Mobile Studio and other module like ITBM, IRM etc.
Exposure and experience on ServiceNow portal and Mobile App development

Contract rate: Up to 25k AED (Up to 5k) per month
