ERP Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Engage with supply chain functions to deliver workshops and /or POCs
• Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
• Providing ERP support and end-user training.
• Need to be able to do configuration, data migration, and integration activities from legacy systems to D365 for the current D365 implementation project.
• Work with end-users to solve day-to-day business problems using the functionality of D365.
• Assist with Enhance (new functionalities) & Support activities for Dynamics 365 for Superior global product service lines.
• Ability to design and describe complex ERP (Finance and Operations) centric solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
• Sets up procedures and testing methods to ensure the ongoing accuracy of data maintained within all application
• Designing & implementing interfaces to other business applications
• Investigate enhancement requests, clarify objectives, understand software functionality and recommend solutions using industry best practices.Responsibilities:
