• To develop innovative revenue and volume enhancement models and present same to management
• To establish Feeder Operators pricing model, review and recommend tailored made packages based on volume contribution. Lead contract negotiations and ensure they are concluded in line with the overall guidelines.
• Actively monitor NVOCC and Main Line performance and understand any variances with development and implementation of suitable action plans to ensure volume retention and growth
• To be actively involved in Strategic planning and Development for Feeder Operators/NVOCC focusing on both short and long term planning.
• To ensure complete awareness of local market requirements, trends and requirements and be able to address any concerns with the customer.
• To initiate meetings with Legal on complex contracts/agreements with new leads (project or new line of business) and finalize contracts/agreements with customers.
