Technical Lead

• Analyze requested features and related technical requirements to build technical plan for product development;
  
• Delegate tasks to team members to complete technical actions in a scheduled timeline;
  
• Guide and train team members to enhance their technical skills;
  
• Analyze existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements;
  
• Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure tasks are completed to standard;
  
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments;
  
• Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
  

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in the similar role; past experience in Fintech or banking is preferred;
  
• Graduated with a bachelor degree of IT, Technology or any relevant majors.
  
• Extensive experience with Backend (Java, SpringBoot), Restful API, Database (MongoDB, MySQL), Web Server (Nginx);
  
• Experience with Dockers, K8S and AWS;
  
• Good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD;
  
• Strong analytical and leadership skills;
  
• Strong communication skill;
  
• High level of adaptability.
