Manager Public Relations

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Marketing and PR teams of the celebrity chef restaurants
• Lead all F&B events/activities including celebrity chef visits, the launch of restaurants at Atlantis The Royal
• Raise awareness of Atlantis The Royal by managing the project PR agency and ensure that all KPIs are being delivered
• Maintain strong media relations across different entities in all relevant markets
• Leverage existing relationships and building strong media ties with key media especially in the UK, US, Germany, Russia, France and Australia
• Develop a thorough understanding and familiarity with the product in order to identify and promote key messages and USPs per brand through insightful and impactful PR plans
• Create press releases, key messages and PR materials, and regularly updating press kits
• Tactical implementation of PR campaigns, ensuring all required materials are available on a timely basis, and briefing agencies
• Recognize key needs of each campaign through direct interaction with the marketing team
• Manage and supervising both video and photo shoots across Atlantis The Royal
• Design PR campaigns and work closely with Social media team through using traditional and non-traditional PR tools (social media)
• Conceptualize and execute large productions and special events
• Work with Operations to develop and implement key programming in the resort
• Work with international markets to continuously promote and position Atlantis The Royal globally
• Any other duties as assigned
