HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:
• Conducting thorough data analysis including validating ‘total cost to company’ and attrition
• Review and comprehend RFPs to solution effective optimized and competitive people solutions.
• Developing and leading complete Nationalisation solutions to drive increased local talent at effective costs
• Very strong knowledge in various ME geographies with main focus on KSA, UAE and Kuwait
• HR Support as required by the bid team
• Governance Technical and Commercial support from HR perspective
• Understand market competitors and differentiators to allow us to respond to client needs.
• Review and implement talent, succession and strategic workforce plans.
• Works closely with BD Team to ensure new bids in the Sector are planned, coordinated and resourced effectively and is responsible for consolidating and planning the
