سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكتروني• Ensure the Talent Acquisition process and ensure adherence to Majid Al Futtaim policies and procedures, from all involved parties.
• Oversee and facilitate full recruitment life cycle (from sourcing through offer closing stage) for key/critical roles.
• Support the design and implementation of recruitment well-defined strategies to deliver a high-quality candidate experience while ensuring SLA’s are met according to timelines.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (Business Leadership and Hiring Managers, HC Business Partners) and external partners (head hunters, vendors, etc.)
• Effectively communicate recruitment updates to stakeholders through written communication and meeting facilitation.
• Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs as well as evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and implementation.
• Streamline the screening processes to ensure the selection of top talent is completed within agreed SLAs.
• Ensure that diverse channels are being used efficiently to identify strong job candidates to promote and support a strong talent pipeline.
• Continuously leverage and maintain our applicant tracking system.
• Provide coaching and best practices for sourcing, selecting and interviewing.
