Field Services Team Leader

Leading the team of FSEs and / or In-House services for the sub-region with non-negotiable HSE compliance and integrity.
• Providing Technical guidance and support to the team members.
• Planning for technical and personal development of the team members for the fulfillment of business growth.
• Collaborating with commercial team in growing Services orders to meet annual plan of orders, sales, and CM for the assigned region.
• Conducting billable services and maintain 50% of Billable time and own individual AP of revenue.
• Collaborating with TechSupport Specialists in the region and other functions to drive addressing customers' technical requirement.
• Following standard services processes and provide proactive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Driving team members to adhere to the operations procedures and provide support for effective outcomes.
• Providing hands-on support to In-House services as needed.
• Working with various functions to identify the areas of improvement and share the best practices.
• Handling diverse clients in a region.
• Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
