Responsibilities:
• Understanding customer expectations of and needs from aproduct.
• Developing quality controlprocesses.
• Designing productspecifications.
• Ensuring products are designedwith adherence to legal and safety standards.
• Supervising staff and monitoring productionstandards.
• Examining the quality of rawmaterials that are used in production.
• Monitoring and evaluating internal productionprocesses.
• Evaluating the final output ofproducts to determine their quality.
• Rejectingproducts that fail quality standards.
• Engagingwith customers and gathering product feedback.
• Producing statistical reports on qualitystandards.
• Reporting to upper management onquality standard issues.
• Evaluating productrecalls.
• Improving production efficiency andmanaging waste.
