COMPANY began as the first licensed, integrated steel plant of re-rolling bars in Kuwait and was commissioned in 2003 with its first phase of billet production. Since then, it has been serving the Middle Eastern market with an annual rated production of 150,000 M.T. COMPANY’s existing operational outlook is based on three integrated divisions, starting from the Scrap Yard, to the Melt Shop, and finally, the Rolling Mill. Our vision serves as a framework to accomplish our mission. COMPANY was the first steel plant in Kuwait to be licensed during the late 1990’s as an integrated steel operation for scrap processing, melting, and rolling. It has been operating since the fourth quarter of 2003 and was the first plant within the GCC to dedicate 100% of its production of steel billets to sales within the region. It produces various grades and sizes of steel billets for the local and regional market.
