Are you a friendly and experienced Senior waitress looking for a new challenge in the hospitality industry If so Apt Resources is looking for someone just like you to join the team of one of their clients a UHNWF in Dubai.
As a Senior waitress you will be responsible for ensuring the family and their guests receive excellent service while dining. Your warm personality and attention to detail will make guests feel welcome and at home.

Responsibilities
- Greet the family upon arrival and ensure they are seated in a timely manner
- Take orders and communicate them to the kitchen promptly and accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests ensuring they are satisfied with their meal
- Provide recommendations to the family regarding menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Resolve any complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Train and mentor junior staff members
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a senior waitress
- Fluent in Tagalog and English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
