Minimum Qualification:
Masters degree in urban design, city planning.
Design background and LEED AP or Green Associate preferred
Knowledge of placemaking and community design (building, street, and public space types plus associated principles)
Background and understanding of planning utilities and infrastructure in macro and micro scale.
Proficient in AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and GIS.
Experience in developing guidelines and updating them.
Ability to work with different teams and organizations.
Ability to update and upgrade standards respecting latest and international practices.
Minimum Experience
12 years out of which at least 7 years in GCC Country
