The Role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our design team and play a key role in building and maintaining modern web applications. As a Senior UI/UX Designer at PhazeRo you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop the look feel and user experience of software products. Your role will involve research testing and designing work that will lead to the development of welldefined valuedriven products that align with and advances our customers business.

You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning industries such as fintech energy ecommerce healthcare and more; creating engaging and seamless user experiences for our clients. In addition to design responsibilities you will also mentor and guide junior designers helping them grow in their careers. Your experience and expertise will be crucial in driving usercentered design principles and best practices throughout the company.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX Designers providing guidance and feedback on their work.
• Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to understand user requirements conduct research and design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that effectively communicate the desired user experience.
• Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends and best practices and contribute to establishing design standards within the company.
• Present and defend design solutions to internal and external stakeholders including clients.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.

What we require

• 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and a track record of successful projects.
• Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices and ability to apply them in product design.
• Experience conducting user research usability testing and gathering feedback to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers providing guidance and feedback on their work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
