Lead generation through phone calls, personal contacts, references, scheduling meetings, and calendar for the sales team Track postpaid customers and their status Contacting Existing Clients - Feedback / Up Sale / Appointment Liaise and push for any technical and sales issues with a view to meeting SLAs Present and send offers, prices, etc. to clients as needed Daily tracking of postpaid activity - calls, meetings, new and existing customer usage, usage decreases, usage increases, etc. Support postpaid sales/support teams with calls, chats and emails Occasionally accompany the sales team to a sales meeting Other miscellaneous activities as determined by management
