LESER Bahrain, located in Manama, manages LESER's Sales and Service network in the Middle East, Caucasus, and Central Asia.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Application Professional. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, customer satisfaction, effective communication, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective support to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Country of origin: Central Asia, Caucasus.
  • Fluency in English & Russian is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Instrumentation)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with valve background & related international standards
  • Experience in Safety Valve or Control Valve shall be an added advantage
  • Previous experience with Middle East Customers & Project Opportunities
  • Proficient in CRM, SAP & MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with Sales Processes, preferably with prior Sales experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Good time-management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong work ethics and enthusiasm for learning and cultivating new sales opportunities with clients

Responsibilities

  • Creating technical and commercial proposals for inquiries from customer and clients.
  • Budget Planning and Project Costing.
  • Responding to after market requests from existing customers.
  • Addressing to technical & commercial queries.
  • Managing and processing orders and conducting follow-up activities thereafter.
