Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Greets and assists all visitors to the facility in a courteous and professional manner.

Answers and routes incoming telephone; Locates employees and/or takes messages; Distributes messages in a timely manner.

Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Arranging messengers for cheque collection & distribution.

Well versed for document controlling.


Requirement :-

Should be pleasant personality & approachable.

Knowledge in Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word.

Able to work under pressure.

Excellent organizational skills.

Solid written and verbal English communication skills.

Diploma or Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving

Strong verbal and written communication skills
