You will be updated with latest job alerts via email Handle the switchboard by answering the telephone, screening, and directing the calls.
Monitor visitors and calls received daily and provide a summary report to each department on a weekly basis.
Receives and sort out mail, parcel, and any deliveries.
Provides general administrative support (preparation of documents, filing, scanning).
Handles petty cash.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and ensure issues are fixed immediately.
Other ad hoc jobs as required by the Department.
Prior related experience work experience as a Receptionist.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent preferred.
Must have MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc).
Must have initiative.
Can-do attitude.
Excellent organizational skills.
Able to work unsupervised.
Great attention to detail.
Positive attitude.
Trustworthy.
