Executes training programs that support the Company’s objectives with regard to quality and food safety.
• Ensures compliance with all quality programs including HACCP and ISO22000.
• Evaluates and monitors all Critical Control points in the catering.
• Conducts daily check in various process areas for compliance in food safety standards.
• Taking corrective actions if there is any deviation from the established critical limits.
• Participates and contributes to continuous improvement of departmental SOPs.
• Assists in ensuring that the quality program applied in the catering is providing a systematic approach for evaluation, inspection, testing, calibration and all the other aspects which are needed to monitor and ensure quality of the food products
• Conducts internal audits within the unit and outlets.
• Conducts routine laboratory analysis of food, water and environmental samples.
• Ensures compliance to customer specifications for products.
• Reduces the customer complaints to the lowest level by establishing the proper control of all food safety hazards.
• Monitors the hygiene standards which includes the cleaning and sanitation in the unit and ensure compliance with the standards.
• Evaluates the product specifications, standards, protocols and quality control and new product development.
• Monitors the pest control management of different process areas and report to the Department Head.
• Performing any other quality functions and reporting all the issues on a daily basis to the QA Manager.
