Project Manager

• The PM shall be accountable to the Company s senior management for the performance of the services.
  
• Monitor and ensure timely submission by the assigned teams of all deliverables required under the project Contract. Review all deliverables and issue comments/approval in accordance with the specified timeframe and other provisions of the scope of the project. Ensure Company input or approval, as required, has been obtained prior to issue of comments/approval to the client.
  
• Review and analyze requests for variations submitted by the sub-consultants / contractor with respect to validity and impact on cost and schedule. Maintain complete and up-to-date records of all Contractual Variations/Trends, Design Deviations/Concession Requests, etc.
  
• PM shall always monitor the progress of the Work and promptly bring to Company s attention any development likely to affect the Work in any manner. PM shall develop strategies for mitigating the impact of any such development.
  
• Maintain accurate, complete, and comprehensive records of any disputes that may arise during the performance of the project Contract for Company use in Case of Arbitration.
  
• The PM shall act as a representative to the Company, who shall have authority to act for and on behalf of the Company on all matters connected with the specific contracted project as specified above.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university.
  
• PMP certification is a plus.
  
• Minimum 5 years of proven Project Management experience.
  
• 10-15 years of experience with regional engineering consultancy firms.
• Capable of reading, comprehending, and providing feedback on architectural, MEP, and structural design drawings and specifications.
  
• Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
  
• Energetic with excellent leadership skills.
  
• Fluent in English.
