Whats On Your Plate
Serve as the main point of contact for partners managing inquiries addressing complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.
Equipping partners with indepth product knowledge and serving as a trusted advisor.
Establishing and sustaining strong resilient client relationships.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.
Understand partners business goals and needs and proactively identify opportunities to meet those needs.
Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and growth opportunities.
Conducting regular account reviews and preparing reports to track client progress (8 10 meetings weekly )
Negotiate and renew contracts pricing and terms with partners
Generate reports and analyze sales data to track account performance and identify areas for improvement for existing Cities/ Areas
Conduct monthly meetings and share Business growth plans with each or top vendors partners
Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay informed about market changes and adjust account strategies accordingly
Handle vendor escalations effectively and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. (Complaint management per portfolios )
Performance Monitoring and KPI Management: Regularly monitor analyze and report on vendor performance against set KPIs. Implement strategies to ensure monthly targets are met and exceeded providing insights and recommendations to optimize their online presence performance and customer satisfaction.
Expected to efficiently handle additional tasks as assigned by the manager
Secondary Tasks:
Conduct branch visits to identify gaps Operational issues and take needed action to fix them
Support partners with needed insight to help them expand their business
Ensure Menu items prices match across all delivery Platforms
Maintain high level of menu hygiene (Items description and items pictures)
Handling effectively any project/tasks assigned and ensure resolution within agreed timelines
Training and Onboarding: Guide new vendors through onboarding ensuring they are trained and comfortable with our platform and procedures.
Vendor commercial viability: Ensuring restaurants are online during their operational hours and generating minimum daily/weekly/monthly orders set by the company
