Five to Seven years of work experience in the same capacity.
Manages and coordinate with supervises a total of employees in the Operation. Responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of operations. Also directly carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and direction work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
