We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional HRMS/Payroll Consultant to be based in its UAE.
This role is key to providing the linkage between the end users and the IT and support both groups in getting ready for the Oracle ERP isssues and support in PROD and DEV Indepth understanding of Oracle ERP especially the primary Functional (or Technical) Area from a functionality and configuration standpoints Knowledge of Oracle report writer is an asset (mandatory for the technical resources).
Knowledge of Oracle discoverer is an asset (mandatory for the technical resources).Experience:
Minimum of Five years experience in business/IT analysis and computer Full cycle Oracle ERP implementation experience At least three proven training material development and delivery Advanced knowledge of and work experience with the functional area in question Excellent knowledge and ability to use reporting tools and query tools Preferably a university degree specializing in related business processes or computer related field.
Other Requirements:
A proven functional professional with at least two full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations and four years of industry and/or consulting experience.
At least 4 years experience implementing Core HRMS Payroll SSHR and OTL.
Should have implemented witnessed and participated in three to four full Oracle implementation (Core HRMS Payroll SSHR and Time & Labor) Should be conversant with Fast Formulae Data Uploads for HRMS as well as Payroll Should have actively supported business users during payroll processing
