The Role
Our growing company is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to manage the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office, maintaining the accuracy of records and files, coordinating office activities, and handling administrative tasks to support the management team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations of the office and ensure a smooth workflow - Address administrative needs of multiple departments - Maintain accurate records of office operations, including vendor and client information, billing and invoicing, and employee files - Answer and direct phone calls - Order and distribute office supplies and inventory - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff and employees - Ensure company policies are followed and enforced regarding office organization, security, health, and safety standards - Provide assistance with various administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, filing, and preparing documents - Maintain office equipment to ensure optimal performance - Other duties as assigned
