This is a remote position.
- Day to day on site supervision of assigned crew/crews, Job Planning, look ahead and men handling.
- Prepares Permit To Work (PTW) and Job Safety Plan.
- Prepare/checks daily timesheet and progress reports.
- Prepares requisition of materials/consumables and equipment for the assigned job.
- Checks completion of jobs and ensure safety of subordinates.
- Assesses performance of subordinates.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma, B.Tech or BE Mechanical Engineering
- construction. Minimum 3 year experience gained in the Middle East. 5 year in similar position. Must have experience with compressors, pumps, vessels, flow lines, Wellhead hook-ups and above ground pipelines work involving various materials (CS,SS, Duplex SS experience an advantage)
- Language ability: Fluent in written and spoken English,Understanding of spoken Arabic is preferred.
- Special Skills:
- Robust knowledge and understanding of various process equipment
- Experienced in and be fully aware of the different pipes, gaskets, bolting and welding materials
- Experienced in construction/maintenance of pipeline, flowlines, plant at site and workshop level.
- Strong leadership skills to drive efficiency and productivity amongst workforce.
- Driving - preferred
- Computer literate

HND or Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent. Alternatively, a trade test witnessed by company discipline Engineer More than 8 ears' experience in electrical maintenance work in the oil and gas or power generation industry with a minimum of 4 years as an Electrical Maintenance Technician. English Language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 3. Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows and good understanding of CMMS. Able to interpret Work Orders, tests to confirm the problem and propose repair methods without permanent supervision. Able to replace/remove electrical machines. Meet all requirements for Electrical Technician as stated under S/N 25. Competent to work on LV and HV systems up to 33 kV and UPS system Conversant with hazardous area electrical equipment. Robust understanding of HE issues Good interpersonal communication skill, problem solving skills and time management skills.
