To spearhead the companys growth through strategic business expansion indepth market research and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role demands a dynamic individual with an acute understanding of market trends identifying business opportunities and ensuring the delivery of innovative technology solutions to improve customer experiences.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to meet the companys growth goals.
  • Spot new market opportunities analyze trends and evaluate competitive landscapes to foster business expansion.
  • Execute feasibility studies and conduct market research for potential new services and products.
  • Lead initiatives to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay updated on technologies industry standards and emerging trends.
  • Work with product development teams to refine products and services aligning them with market demands and customer expectations.
  • Launch new features or offerings based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Develop strategies to distinguish the companys products and services in the market.
  • Implement measures to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to address customer issues and inputs.
  • Employ customerfocused strategies to improve overall experience.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements in the industry.
  • Promote the integration of stateoftheart technologies to enhance service and product efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with the tech team for smooth integration of new technologies.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to boost technological capabilities and market presence.
  • Work with external partners and vendors to utilize their expertise and resources.
  • Establish and track KPIs for business development and technology initiatives.
  • Regularly report to executive leadership on business progress market trends and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand the HSE standards of the company and adhere to them at all times.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration Customer Relationship Management or a related field
  • At least 7 years relevent experience
