- Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation of work.
- Carrying out of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Checking electrical and hydraulic system of buildings to ensure functionality.
- Planning and oversee all repair and installation activities in the hotel & staff accommodation.
- Allocating workload, managing maintenance staff (daily activities).
- Monitoring equipment inventory and placing orders to purchasing department.
